To ensure a smooth and secure experience for everyone, a signed contract is required to officially reserve your photoshoot date and time. The contract outlines all the session details, policies, and expectations, so we’re both on the same page from the start.
No date is considered booked until the contract is signed and the non-refundable deposit is received.

Refund Policy

Your satisfaction and experience are incredibly important to me. Because each session is custom-tailored and time is reserved exclusively for you, I kindly ask that you review the following refund policy:
Session Fees and Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session date and time. This deposit covers planning, communication, and holds your spot on my calendar.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. Your deposit may be applied to a new date within 3 months of the original booking, pending availability. Cancellations made without proper notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Refunds
Due to the nature of photography services and the time invested in each session — from planning to shooting to editing — session fees are non-refundable once the session has taken place. However, if you are genuinely unsatisfied with your final images, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery. I will do my best to address your concerns, which may include additional edits or, in some cases, a partial refund at my discretion.
